Product Description
Working principle
The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of
fluidization. Itis preheated and mixed with clean and heated air.
At the same time the solution
of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles
become granulatingthat contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry
through hot air, the moisturein the granulating is evaporated. The
process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal,
uniform and porous granules.
Features
fluidized bed is a round structure to avoid dead ends.
Stirring is set in the hopper to prevent the formation of channel
flow when the wet material is agglomerated and dried.
Using tipping and unloading, it is convenient, rapid and thorough,
and it can also design automatic feeding and discharging system
according to requirements.

operate, easy to clean.
Drying speed, temperature uniformity, each batch of drying time is
generally 20-30 minutes, depending on the material.
