SZG Conical Vacuum Dryer
The SZG dual-cone vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying device
developed by our factory in combination with similar domestic
product technology. The double-tapered vacuum uses the two elastic
connection methods of the belt-chain, so the equipment runs
smoothly. The specially designed process fully reflects the good
concentric of the two axes. Both thermal media and vacuum systems
use reliable mechanical seals or rotating joints of American
technology. On this basis, we have developed SZG-A. It can not only
have no speed adjustment and constant temperature control.
As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our products are
all available from high -temperature thermal oil to hot -media
quality, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water.
When drying and sticky materials, our factory will specially design
a "copy" agency or setting balls for you in the can.
Working principle:
◎ Pass thermal energy (such as hot water, low -pressure steam or
heat conductive oil) in the closed mezzanine, and the heat is
passed to the dry material through the inner shell.
◎ Driven by power, the tank is slowly rotated, and the materials in
the can are constantly mixed to achieve the purpose of
strengthening dryness.
◎ The material is in a vacuum state. The decrease in steam pressure
has evaporated the water (solvent) on the surface of the material
and evaporated, and the vacuum pump was discharged and recovered in
time. The water inside the material (solvent) continues to
penetrate, evaporates, and discharge from the surface, and the
materials are continuously carried out.
Adapting material:
It is suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying, drying and
drying materials (such as biochemical products, etc.) of the pink,
granular and fiber of chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food and
other industries. It is more suitable for the drying of the drying,
volatile, volatile, thermal sensitivity, strong stimulation, toxic
materials, and the drying of the material that is not allowed to
destroy crystals.
Performance characteristics:
