Spray drying is a widely used process in the formation of liquid
process and drying industry. It is suitable for generating powder,
granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension and paste
liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size
distribution, residual moisture content, accumulation density, and
particle shape of the finished product must meet the standard, dry
spray drying is a better process.
The air is filtered and heated, entering the air distributor on the
top of the dryer, and the thermal air is spiral and uniformly enter
the dry room. The liquid is a high -speed centrifugal atomizer at
the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely
subtle fog -shaped liquid beads, which can be dried in a very short
time with hot air. The finished product is continuously output by
the bottom of the dry tower and a whirlwind separator, and the
exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.

increased greatly. In the hot air, it can evaporate 95 % -98 % of
water in an instant. It only takes a few seconds to complete the
drying time, which is particularly suitable for the drying of
thermal material.
◎ The product has good uniformity, liquidity, and solubility, high
product purity, and good quality.
◎ The production process is simplified and the operation control is
convenient. For liquids with a wet content of 40-60 % (special
materials can reach 90 %), liquids can be dried into
powder-granulated products at one time. After drying, they do not
need to be crushed and screened to reduce production processes and
improve product purity. The product particle size, loosening
density, and water can be adjusted by changing the operating
conditions within a certain range, and the control and management
can be convenient.

pigment, dye intermediate, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde
silicon, catalyst, sulfuric acid, amino acid, white charcoal black,
etc.
Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urinedehyde resin, phenolic resin,
polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
Food industry: rich milk powder, arms, cocoa milk powder, milk
powder powder, hunting blood powder, egg white (yellow), etc.
Food and plants: oats, chicken sauce, coffee, quick -soluble tea,
seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolyzed, etc.
Sugar: corn paste, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium
peard acid, etc.
Ceramics: alumina, tile materials, magnesium oxide, talc powder,
etc.
