Working principle of fluidized bed dryer:
The working principle of fluidized bed dryer is based on fluidized
bed technology. The granular solid material is placed on a porous
plate, and a drying medium (usually hot air) with a considerable
speed is fed from its lower part. When the medium flow rate is low,
the gas flows between the material particles, and the entire
material layer does not move; gradually increase the air flow
speed, the material layer begins to expand, and the gap between the
particles increases; increase the air flow speed again, and a
considerable part of the material is suspended, forming a gas-solid
mixed bed, that is, a fluidized bed. At this time, the material
particles are suspended in the air flow, fully contacting with the
gas for heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is
discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is
discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and recovered by the
cyclone dust collector group.
Application areas of fluidized bed dryer:
Fluidized bed dryers are widely used in chemical, food, medicine,
ceramics and other industries. For example, in the food industry,
fluidized bed dryers are used to dry foods such as fruits,
vegetables, and rice; in the chemical industry, they are used to
dry solid particles such as fertilizers, pigments, and
polyethylene.

are suspended in the air flow and are in full contact with the gas,
