Product Introduction:
The sludge dryer allows the sludge to quickly rush through the
"adhesive phase area" during the drying process at the fastest
speed. At the same time, the ingenious structure allows the sludge
to reach a two-way shear state during the drying process. The dried
sludge is quantitatively and continuously fed into the feed port of
the dryer by a screw feeder. After the sludge enters the body of
the dryer, the sludge is turned and stirred by the rotation of the
blades, and the heating interface is continuously updated. It
contacts the body and the blades and is fully heated, so that the
surface moisture contained in the sludge evaporates. At the same
time, the sludge is transported to the discharge port in a spiral
trajectory with the rotation of the blade shaft, and continues to
be stirred during transportation, so that the moisture seeping from
the sludge continues to evaporate. Finally, the uniformly dried
qualified product is discharged from the discharge port. The
jacketed shell structure is adopted, so that the sludge is evenly
heated at each interface inside the machine, the shaft rotates, the
sludge is constantly tumbling in the equipment, and the heating
surface is constantly refurbished. This greatly improves the
steaming efficiency of the equipment, not only achieving the
purpose of sludge drying, but also realizing the low-cost operation
of the entire device.
Different materials choose different drying processes, and it is

1.
