Boiling granulator:
The boiling dryer can improve fluidity and reduce dust flying
through powder granulation; improve its solubility through powder
granulation; complete one-step granulation by mixing, granulating
and drying in one machine; use antistatic filter cloth, the
equipment is safe to operate; set pressure relief holes, once an
explosion occurs, the probability of injury to the equipment
operator is small; the equipment has no dead angle, loading and
unloading is light and fast, and flushing is clean, meeting GMP
standards.
Working principle:
The boiling dryer uses air heated by a heat exchanger to form hot
air distributed through the valve plate into the main machine, and
the wet material enters the dryer from the feeder. Due to the
effect of wind pressure, the material forms a boiling state in the
dryer and is widely in contact with the hot air, so that the
material is dried in a shorter time.
Note:
Granulation machinery and equipment should be regularly cleared and maintained, especially granulation ovens and boiling dryers should not be operated for more than 18 hours a day, otherwise there will be a risk of ethanol dust explosion for a long time. Some pharmaceutical companies need to work in three shifts.
It is recommended that each shift be controlled within 6 hours, and 1 hour of equipment should be reserved for rest during the handover. It is necessary to strengthen the management of employee safety operations, safeguard the vital interests of employees, and ensure the smooth progress of production work.
It is strictly forbidden to work after drinking, lack of sleep, trance, and other factors that affect work.
