What is metal powder:
Metal powder refers to a group of metal particles with a size less
than 1mm. It includes single metal powder, alloy powder and certain
refractory compound powders with metallic properties, which are the
main raw materials for powder metallurgy.
Metallic elements are generally silver-white. When metal is under
certain conditions, it is black powder. Most metal powders are
black.

Metal powder can be used as raw material for powder metallurgy
products, or it can be used directly.
Double cone dryer is a new type of dryer that integrates mixing and
drying. The condenser, vacuum pump and dryer are matched to form a
vacuum drying device.
Working principle:
The double cone dryer is a double cone rotating tank. In the vacuum
state, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for
heating, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner
wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated by the wet material
after absorbing heat is pumped away through the vacuum exhaust pipe
by the vacuum pump. Since the tank is in a vacuum state and the
rotation of the tank makes the material constantly turn up and
down, inside and outside, the drying speed of the material is
accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the purpose of
uniform drying is achieved.
Product features:
The drying speed is fast, generally only a few seconds to more than
ten seconds, with the characteristics of instant drying. The
temperature of the droplets during the drying process is relatively
low, which is particularly suitable for the drying of
heat-sensitive materials and can maintain the color, aroma and
taste of the materials. In order to prevent the wall sticking
phenomenon of the drying tower, this device is equipped with a
special structure to effectively prevent the wall sticking
phenomenon of the product. The unique finished product air delivery
system separates the dried finished product from the hot and humid
air in the system in time, avoiding the possibility of moisture
absorption or agglomeration of the dried finished product. The
boiling point of the material solution under vacuum is reduced,
which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator,
so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a
certain heat transfer amount; the heat source for the evaporation
operation can be low-pressure steam or boiling hot steam; the
evaporator has little heat loss and can be disinfected before
drying. No impurities are mixed in the drying process, which meets
GMP requirements; the use of a condenser can effectively recover
the solvent in the material.
